Can we watch a Replay?
Yes you can! You watch the live in a Facebook Group and then that live is left for 1 week to watch replay.

Why is it free?
There are some things I think everyone with these symptoms should know. I am giving them to you for free, tips you can take away and use at home. It is the basics you should know to be able to help manage your symptoms better at home, without any time spent one on one or in a group, with me.

I do have clients I help personally as well. You have the option to go to the next level where you can prevent your symptoms, which needs sessions with me personally and the option of group sessions.

This free workshop gives a good foundation of how and why my Program can help as well. 
I explain a bit more about how I can help further at the end of Day 2 and end of Day 3, for those that might want to work with me. 

There is absolutely no pressure to go further. Some people will want to go further, as it's a great opportunity to get back to doing the things you like to do again and some NZ'ers on Disability Allowance, may have full funding.
Will I be able to use the information you give?
Yes! I give free tips on how to help manage your symptoms better. I have had people report they actually feel better after learning these tips in my Increase Energy Workshop.
I am always tired, will I be able to handle listening for 1 hour?
Because I will be speaking about your symptoms, why you have them, how you can help at home, your interest will be sparked. 

I explain in an easy way to understand and you can lay down to listen, I don't mind! 

Also, it will be interactive if you choose to interact. I will ask you questions to comment in the chat box, though you do not have to do this. 

I am leaving a day gap in between each day of the workshop (for the first time in this Oct Workshop) and you can watch replay if you get too tired to watch all in one hour.
Where do we go to watch?
Once you register by entering your email address, you will get a pop up where you click to go to the Facebook Group to Join.  If you don't have time to do that now, look out in your email (check spam and promotions folder as well as inbox) with info on how to join the Facebook Group so you can watch. 
Only my face is shown and you can comment throughout the live and replay in the group.
Do I have to have my Camera on in the Event?
You don't need to as only I will be seen in the video, I won't see you and no-one else will see you.
Who is this event for?
☺️ You don't have to be diagnosed, or you may already be diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, or Long COVID.
If you have more than 3 symptoms I listed at the top of this page. 

☺️You may be aged between 20 to 80 years old, I have lots of people watch in their 70's. You live in NZ, Australia, Canada, or the UK.
You may have never recovered from a virus, other infection, a physical or emotional stressful event, surgery or don't know why you have your symptoms. 
Your symptoms may be mild or severe.

☺️ You may have tried everything to help and only got temporary help, or no help at all. 
Your family and friends may not understand, and you may feel isolated or disconnected from others.
You can get stressed easily and may have an underlying feeling of anxiety or can't sit still for long.
Writing lists may be the only way you can remember things.
Sometimes you may not be able to find the word you want to say when you are talking to someone.

You will also learn the 3 Root causes 
Of why we don't recover from our symptoms common to Fibromyalgia, ME/CFS or Long COVID.  

Some of us don't recover after a virus, infection, or a major stressful physical or emotional event. 
These things can play a part in the cause but there is much more going on that is causing symptoms.
Learn what Causes these issues to be able to get to the Root Causes so you can manage them better or if you choose to, go further to prevent your symptoms rather than not just dull your symptoms.

Hi, I'm Suzanne Chappell, best selling Author on Amazon, with over 30 years experience as a Health Coach, specialising in Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, ME/CFS for over 7 years and Long COVID since it started.

I had symptoms for over 40 years, symptoms like tightness, cramping, pain, fatigue, trouble with sleep, dizziness, vertigo, migraines, headaches, foggy thinking, concentration and memory problems, an underlying anxiety, blocked ear feeling, nausea, oversensitivity to light and sound, gut problems, and more

The sessions go for about an hour.

There are two sessions each day to cater to different time zones, but you only need to watch one each day as the same information is in both.

I am presenting every second day so it's not too much all at once for you.
