Things you can do at home to Increase your Energy

This free workshop is for people who have symptoms like: being too tired to do normal daily things, brain fog, muscle and joint pain, sleeping problems, headaches, migraines, blocked ear feeling, dizziness, vertigo, oversensitivity to light and sound, skin and teeth oversensitivity, anxiety or easily stressed or overwhelmed, IBS, dry or water eyes, pressure on top or back of your head, pain in the roots of your scalp hair.

You don't have to have all these symptoms, but for this workshop to be relevant for you, you should have at least 5.

Can we watch a Replay?
Yes you can! You watch the live in a Facebook Group and then that live is left for 1 week to watch replay.

Why is it free?
There are some things I think everyone with these symptoms should know. I am giving them to you for free, tips you can take away and use at home. 

I do have clients with Fibromyalgia, ME/CFS or Long COVID who are shown how to do daily things.  This needs me to work with them personally. 

This free workshop gives a good foundation, things to know if you do my Program or not. There is absolutely no pressure to go further.
Will I be able to use the information you give?
Yes! There will be lots of things you can do at home. 
I am always tired, will I be able to handle listening for 1 hour?
Because the subject is relevant to Fibromyalgia, ME/CFS or Long COVID, topics relevant to everyone who is attending, your interest will be sparked, which helps a lot for people with brain fog. 

I present with written words and spoken words. 

I explain in an easy way to understand and you can lay down to listen, I don't mind! 

I am leaving a day gap in between each day of the workshop and for those that register for the workshop, you can watch replay if you get too tired to watch all in one hour.
Where do we go to watch?

Once you register by entering your email address, you will get a pop up where you click to go to the Facebook Group to Join.  If you don't have time to do that now, look out in your email (check spam and promotions folder as well as inbox) with info on how to join the Facebook Group so you can watch. 
Only my face is shown and you can comment throughout the live and replay in the group.
Do I have to have my Camera on in the Event?
  NOTE This is changing soon: This workshop is within a Facebook Group, not on zoom and you won't be using your camera.
Who is this event for?
☺️ You may or may not already be diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, or Long COVID.
If you have more than 5 symptoms I listed at the top of this page. 

If you have these symptoms and have never been to a Doctor presenting with these symptoms, it is best to go to a Doctor to rule out other things these symptoms could be from. 

☺️You may be aged between 20 to 80 years old, I have lots of people watch in their 70's. You live in NZ, Australia, Canada, or the UK.  NOTE: these countries will most likely change for the next workshop.

You may have never recovered from a virus, other infection, a physical or emotional stressful event, surgery or don't know why you have your symptoms. 
Your symptoms may be mild or severe.

☺️ You may have tried everything to help and only got temporary help, or no help at all. You have been to the Doctor to rule out other things. 
Your family and friends may not understand, and you may feel isolated or disconnected from others.
You can get stressed easily and may have an underlying feeling of anxiety or can't sit still for long.
Writing lists may be the only way you can remember things.
Sometimes you may not be able to find the word you want to say when you are talking to someone.

About your Workshop Teacher

Hi, I'm Suzanne Chappell, best selling Author on Amazon, with over 30 years experience as a Natural Therapist. I have been offering this Workshop and my Program to people with Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, ME/CFS for over 7 years and Long COVID since it started.

I had symptoms for over 40 years, symptoms like tightness, cramping, pain, fatigue, trouble with sleep, dizziness, vertigo, migraines, headaches, foggy thinking, concentration and memory problems, an underlying anxiety, blocked ear feeling, nausea, oversensitivity to light and sound, gut problems, and more.

I know what it's like to live with these symptoms.

Timetable/Schedule for your Country and City
The sessions go for about an hour.

There are two sessions each day to cater to different time zones, but you only need to watch one each day as the same information is in both.

I am presenting every second day so it's not too much all at once for you.
